The RageArmor Guide to Golden Chocobos

step one:
Buy all the stalls at the chocobo ranch

step two:
Capture 2 Good Chocobos (gotten from the area around the gold saucer in a fight aganst a some Spencer)

Capture 2 Great Chocobos (gotten in the middel region from a fight with one or two spirals)

Capture 1 Wounderful Chocobo (gotten from the showy northern region in a fight with jumping)

Step three:
Feed all of them around 30 or so Sylkis Greens gotten by buying them from the Chocobo Sage for 5000 gil each. (you can use the w-item glitch on them for an easy 99 stack of them)
Race all of them until they are S rank in the races

Step four:
(once you breed one set or the other you can release the ones you just used to breed)
Breed a Male Good Chocobo, and a Female Great Chocobo together with Carob Nut (On the grasslands near Bone Village is a raptor looking like enemy, it usually drops these) to get a blue chocobo
Breed a Male Great Chocobo, and a Female Good Chocobo together with a Carob Nut to get a green chocobo

Step five:
Feed them both around 30 or so Sylkis Greens
Race the Green and Blue Chocobos until they are S ranked

Step six:
Breed the Green and Blue Chocobos together with a Carob Nut to get a Black Chocobo

Step seven:
Feed it around 30 or so Sylkis Greens
Race the Black Chocobo until it is s rank

Step eight:
Breed the Black and Wounderful Chocobos together with a Zeio Nut gotten from stealing from goblins to get the best Golden Chocobo possible.

Feed the good and great chocobos around 5 Sylkis Greens and the woundeful chocobo around 20 Sylkis Greens

Race the good and great chocobos up to B rank, and the Woundeful Chocobo up to S rank in the races

Step four:
(once you breed one set or the other you can release the ones you just used to breed)
Breed a Male Good Chocobo, and a Female Great Chocobo together with Carob Nut (On the grasslands near Bone Village is a raptor looking like enemy, it usually drops these) to get a blue chocobo
Breed a Male Great Chocobo, and a Female Good Chocobo together with a Carob Nut to get a green chocobo

Step five:
Feed them both around 10 Sylkis Greens
Race the Green and Blue Chocobos until they are A ranked in the races

Step six:
Breed the Green and Blue Chocobos together with a Carob Nut to get a Black Chocobo

Step seven:
Feed it around 20 sylkis Greens
Race the Black Chocobo until it is S rank

Step eight :
Breed the Black and Wounderful Chocobos together with a Zeio Nut gotten from stealing from goblins to get a Golden Chocobo but it wont be nearly as good as if you Got all of the previous Chocobos up to S.
