Tigerace Mission General Eng

This guide show you a way to beat the mission "Tigerace" in Theatre of War on General.
This mission is really annoying because of the second part with the KV´s. I spent much time to get this. I dont know if this trick works in the normal version of COH2 but in the 32bit Legacy Edition it does.

The first part part of this mission shouldn´t be a problem. Always use the flare to spot the enemies. Flank the AT-Gun´s and don´t stay still. Kill the infantry and let your troops capture the points. Don´t rush and take your time.

This part is really hard. The first five tanks aren´t the real problem only the KV is a little bit hard. The real problem are the last three tanks. The three KV at the same time ♥♥♥♥♥♥ really up. They are very strong and it´s nearly impossible to sperate them to fight 1v1.

So how to beat them?

First lure the three KV to your position and drive in textures like in the screenshots. Maybe you need some tries to find the right position. When you found the right place, the KV don´t shoot at you because they can´t "see" you. But your tank can´t see them too, so you must shoot at the KV with the "G" Keyboard shortcut. It took some time to destroy them but it is a easy way to win. If you have problems with the first five tanks, use this method too.

I know using a textureglitch, to win this mission, isn´t really honorable but after hours of trying and reloading savegames was i really annoyed. So i used this method to win this mission. You don´t need to use this glitch but this mission is nearly impossible without it. So maybe this guide will help some people.
