Boss Stem Cell App

Where to get stem cells? After the King's Hand's first kill, he drops the first stem cell. From the next race, there is a reservoir in the starting hall, in which the existing stem cells are controlled. 2, 3 and 4 cells can be obtained from the same boss by defeating him with a large number of established cells. The 5 stem cells can only be obtained by defeating the giant with 4 cells installed.
All selected stem cells remain with the character forever, as do runes. But, unlike runes, they can be turned on and off at the start of each run (until the character passes through the first door, behind which there is a random weapon).

Stem cell properties. Each cell has its own list of properties:

1 stem cell. Increases the strength of enemies (hard), a small blacksmith can improve weapons to the "plus plus" rank, reduces the number of healing sources (after 1 level in the transitions between them there will be 1 flask of healing, in front of the boss there will be a source of healing), the ability to obtain 2 stem cells from the Hand of the King, the ability to upgrade the Legendary Forge to a 100% chance of dropping "plus plus" items.

2 stem cells. Increases the strength of enemies (very difficult), sources of healing will be removed (those that are between levels) after the boss there will be 1 charge of healing, 2 times more cells, the ability to get 3 stem cells from the Hand of the King , the ability to upgrade Legendary Forge to 100% chance to drop "plus plus" items, 25% chance to drop "S" items.

3 stem cells. Increases the strength of enemies (expert), removes all sources of healing and charges, 2 times more cells, the ability to obtain 4 stem cells from the Hand of the King, the ability to upgrade Legendary Forge to 100% chance of " more more" items, 50% chance of "S" items.

4 stem cells. Increases the strength of enemies (Nightmare), removes all sources of healing and charges, 3 times more cells, all enemies are infected with the disease, many products are infected, the ability to upgrade the Legendary Forge to 100% chance of drop "S" items, the ability to get 5 giant stem cells...

5 stem cells. Increases the strength of enemies (the underworld), removes all sources of healing and charges, 3 times more cells, all enemies are infected with the Disease, many products are infected, there is no Collector in the passages, in the passage to the Astronomical Laboratory and the head of the collector is open.

Difficulty change. By placing cells, the game difficulty changes (expert, nightmare, etc.). The changes are:

When you install each of the cells, the location of enemies changes;

From 1 cell, bonus sublocations begin to open (different sublocations depending on the number of cells) and new enemies are added that are not typical for a location at 0 AC;

With 3 cells, it is possible to find fragments of scrolls of power (scattered by places in mini-altars);

From 4 cells, enemies (almost all) receive the ability to teleport to the player.

Illness. The disease affects a player with 4-5 stem cells installed. Every second, the disease fills a yellow bar next to the character's health bar. Disease properties:

Accelerates enemies (attack, movement, teleportation, time to locate it);

With each filling of the scale, the probability of a random enemy appearing near you increases
(does not work during shops, chests and in other places where time has stopped);

Increases the likelihood that the enemy inhabiting the location will transform into its elite version.

How to reduce the incidence of disease? Disease infection can be reduced in several ways:

Killing enemies and elites;

Using a medicated vial;

Storage cough syrup application (removes 30% of contamination). You can also get a little cough syrup (removes 10% of contamination) using the insurance extension mutation.

Bonus Subleases. Sublets are rooms locked by doors. You can open these doors only if you have a certain amount of stem cells with you (the number of cells needed is engraved on the door)

In the Prison Towers location, at the door with 3 cells, you can find the transition to the Unbearable Tomb;

In the Dormant Temple location, at the door with 2 cells, you find the transition to the Cave;

In the Abandoned Crypt location, at the door with 2 cells, you can find the transition to the Guardian's Shelter;

In the location of the bowels of the prison, on the door with 1 cell, you can find a transition to the Ancient Sewers.
