1. Introduction

I dont even know why I picked this combination of classes, probably because oathkeeper was new and arcanist is my favorite go-to class. But what I know is, that this build somehow works very well.

2. Gear + Grimtools link

GRIMTOOLS: https://www.grimtools.com/calc/a2E4vBmN

Pyrans Set is obviously a must have for the conversion of "Devastation". Same goes for the "Hands of Justice" and the conversion of physical damage to fire damage for the "Judgement" skill. The rest is some rather general stuff which can be used in a lot of other builds, since there wasnt much gear supporting this kind of specific build. The Stoneplate Greaves obviously don't have to be the exact same, any with enough stun res and other resistances will do.

3. How to level up and distribution of points

Skill points:
Olexaras Flash Freeze is one of the best levelling skills for veteran and early elite, you should max it asap and will breeze through common mobs. So you want to pick Arcanist as your first mastery and get that skill going. After level 10 you can max out both classes equally.

Attribute Points:
We need 7 points in Spirit in order to equip Pyrans Off-Hand, the rest of the points go into physique.

Devotion Points:
in order which constellation to select (+) and drop (-)

4. Skills and how to play with this build

Offensive Skills:
Judgement, Devastation, Vire's Might, Olexaras Fash Freeze, Summon Guardian of Empyrion

Defensive Skills:
Resilience, Presence of Virtue, Mirror of Ereoctes, Maiven's Sphere of Protection, Arcane Will, Divine Light (from Mark of Divinity)

Devotion Procs:
2 healing procs (giants blood, wayward soul)
1 circuit breaker (ghoulish hunger)
2 offensive damage skills (meteor shower, fissure)
2 resistance reduction procs (elemental storm, eldritch fire)

How to play:
We use Celestial Presence and Olexaras Flash Freeze (OFF) for resistance reduction (RR).
Judgement and Devastation are the main damage skills.
Vire's Might is a one pointer and just used for movement purposes.
Mirror of Ereoctes as panic button.
Playing this will look something like this: Summon Guardians. charge into a great group of enemies with Vire's Might, apply OFF resistance reduction, use Devastation and Judgement. When you are close to dying just use Mirror of Ereoctes and you are invincible for the next 3s, all enemies (except some bosses) should be dead at this point.

5. The End

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed my guide.

If you're having as much fun in this game as I do make sure to rate this guide and add to your favorites, this would mean really much to me :)

Anyway, if you have any improvements, ideas, suggestions, etc...
let me know in the comments.

6. Important stuff for new players

  1. Get your resistances up
  2. Use components while leveling
  3. Armor absorption should be as high as possible (100%)
  4. Survivability >>> DPS (always!)
  5. Focus on only one or two damage types

The order of events for Conversion is as follows: Base Skill > Skill Modifiers > Conversion on the Skill or Transmuter > Conversion on Equipment and Buffs > Equipment, Auras and Passives

There's a lot more to it, but I'm sure you will figure it out :)
