Step 1 - The Only Step

Start as thief for master key and select black firebombs as your gift.
Kill Tutorial Demon with firebombs on first run through
Grab dagger, shield, and estus.
Go to Firelink.
Grab some Undead Souls for duping later.
Run through the berg and get lightning dust.
Kill Taurus Demon with lightning Dust
Unlock Shortcut to Berg Bonfire (Kick Ladder)
Make the Dragon Fly down and run past him.
Sit and bonfire then Grab Claymore.
Make your way to the Undead Parish avoiding combat.
Kill Gargoyles and buy 1 homeward bone from the guy after you kill gargoyles.
Homeward to Parish.
Using the 10,000 Souls you obtained from Gargoyles, perform a drop 99 of any item glitch on your largest Undead Soul
Now drop 98 out of the 99 souls.
Perform Soul Dupe until you feel like you have enough levels.
Drop 99 of any upgrade item and upgrade your preferred weapon.
My preferred weapon is Black Knight Halberd right next to the Grass Crest Shield. You can kill a titanite lizard on the way to getting both of these items.
Now Kill Quelag.
Drop 99 Humanity and give 80 to the Chaos Daughter for shortcut and headlamp when going to Nito later.
Kill Ceaseless
Talk to Frampt
Kill Sif :( for Artorias Covenant Ring
Kill the Golem at Sens Fortress
Kill Ornstein then Smough
Kill Seath
Kill Fire Demon after Ceaseless
Get Headlamp from Parasitic Bugs
Using Chaos Daughter Shortcut go Kill the Bug Witch Thing
Go kill pinwheel and Nito now.
Kill Gwyn.
