DARK SOULS: REMASTERED All Achievements

Just activate a bonfire.

You will obtain this near the start of the game from Unkown Undead - Oscar, Knight of Astora.

You will arrive to Lordran after completing the prologue.

Ring the bell after you have defeated the Bell Gargoyles.

Ring the bell after you have defeated the Chaos Witch Quelaag

You should acquire the Rite of Kindling. To get this item you need to face the Pinwheel boss in the Catacombs.

You need to acquire the ring of Sir Artorias. To get this item you need to kill his old friend Great Grey Wolf Sif in the Darkroot Garden.

To reach Anor Londo you need to defeat Iron Golem on the Sen's Fortress rooftop and interact with golden ring to summon demons.

After defeating Dragon Slayer Ornstein and Executioner Smough, head your way up to the Princess' Chamber, talk with Gwynevere. She'll give you the Lordvessel.

You need to defeat Seath the Scaleless Dragon in the Crystal Cave. The first time you meet Seath in the Duke's Archives; you would die there in any case, after death you wake up imprisoned for Seath's researches. You need to find a way out. Once you've escaped you entering the Duke's Archives once more, there you could find a bonfire; near the shortcut on the right hand side. This is the exact place we need to find the Crystal Cave's of Seath. Head our way down the caves we could find the lonely crystal and then a short cutscene with Seath flying down to us. The most important thing is Seath's crystal that we need to destroy to make Seath attackable.

After defeating Pinwheel in the Catacombs, you could enter to the Tomb of the Giants. There's very dark and many dangerous creatures hiding, so be careful. Finding your way down by sliding on the tombs you could find a bonfire. Not far a way from it there is a Patches, he would knock you the cliff. When you visit him again, he'll give you the skull lantern, which is very useful item in this area. After finding your way out of the darkness, you'll find another cave with Pinwheel's servants, in this area you will find the boss fog to the arena.

Bed of Chaos, previously known as Witch of Izalith, and one of gods who've taken the Great Soul is the final boss of the location the Lost Izalith. You could reach her boss fog by two ways.

1. If you serve to Fair Lady you could spend 30 humanity to unlock the shortcut to end of the Lost Izalith location.
2. On your way to the boss' chamber below Lost Izalith, you will meet few bosses. After defeating all of them, you'll reach the end of the location where the Sister of Chaos will be waiting for you near the boss fog. This boss is kind of easy. The only one thing you need to do is to destroy two fire shields on the left and right sides. After you've destroyed shields you need to kill the 'main body' beneath the wooden creature. Don't be afraid of the giant hole in front of it, there is a root in the hole that lead to the body. After few attacks, the boss is done.

This optional boss can be found at Anor Londo, in the area where you are able to join the Blades of the Darkmoon covenant. All that needs to be done is to enter the boss fog instead of joining the covenant or you could kill Gwynevere, the Princess of Sunlight to get access to the boss fog.

This optional boss can be found at the end of the Painted World of Ariamis. To gain access to this area you need the strange doll that can be found if you return to the Northern Undead Asylum after leaving it the first time. Once you have obtained it you must head towards the large painting in the room with the high beams in Anor Londo, this will grant you access into the Painted World.

One of the easiest covenants to join, the quickest way to join is to talk to Petrus after arriving at Firelink Shrine. He will ask you to join the covenant, once he asks say ‘yes’ and you will be initiated into the covenant.

To join this covenant you should pray at the broken altar near Hellkite Wyvern in the Undead Burg location. This covenant have 25 faith requirement to join, or you could help 4 people with the white soapstone. After you met, all requirements you should cross the bridge, which is guarded by Wyvern, on the other side you'll find bonfire and doorway on the right hand side to the broken altar. Once you have prayed you will be asked to join to the covenant. Select 'yes' and you will join.

To join this covenant, after you've bought the Crest from Andre of Astora you should go to the Darkroot Garden, go to the doorway on the left from Andre and you could skip or kill Titanite Demon. Lead your way towards to the illusory wall near the locked door, open the door using Crest. There you'll find NPCs, which are the covenant's member: be careful there are powerful enemies. Once you've killed them all go to the ruined building, on the left side in window you should find a cat named Alvina, talk to her and answer 'yes' to her quotes, to join covenant.

To join the covenant, after you have killed the Chaos Witch Quelaag, head down the stairs, and there you'll find the illusory wall. There you will find a creature, you could kill it or speak to it, he will ask you question you should answer 'yes', then he will step aside. Once it moved talk to new NPC - Fair Lady and select option 'Enter Covenant'.

To join the covenant, after you have acquired the Lordvessel from Gwynevere, after this talk with her again and she will offer you the ability to join her covenant, select ‘yes’ and you will be initiated into the covenant.

To joint the covenant, you need to find a chamber in the Catacombs with a lot of coffins and Titanite Demon. There would be one coffin widely open, you need to lie in there around 15 seconds; After this Gravelord Nito will take you to his residence in the "Tomb of the Giants". Walk up to Gravelord Nito and pray to join his covenant.

In order to join this covenant, you need to find the Darkmoon Seance Ring that could be found in the Catacombs. After this you need to lift up the rotating platform to the Anor Londo castle and head to the lower room with the statues. If you have the ring the statues in front of bonfire will disappear, head down to the boss fog and there you'll be able to kneel, do so, and you'll be asked to join to the covenant. Select 'yes' and you will be initiated into the Blade of the Darkmoon.

This is missable covenant. To join this covenant you need to meet Kaathe in the Abyss. In order to meet him, once you've acquired the Lordvessel from Gwynevere, you should not place the Lordvessel via Frampt or you'll miss the option to meet Kaathe. Now you need to head down to New Londo Ruin to kill the Four Kings. After defeating the kings, Kaathe the Darkstalker will appear. He will ask you a question once you talk to them select ‘yes‘ and you will be initiated into the covenant.

To join this covenant you need to find secret location "Ash Lakes". To find this location you need to go to the Blighttown. Head down to the lowest section of the Blighttown and find there would be a tree with a body inside of it. There is an illusory wall, there you should find treasure chest and another illusory wall behind of it. Now you enter The Great Hollow. After making you way down to the Ash Lakes, you need to go to the end of the area. In the cave you'll find the Everlasting Dragon pray to it and select 'yes' to enter the covenant.

All you need to do is to reinforce a weapon with a regular path using titanite shards, large titanite shards, titanite chunks, and a titanite slab.

These resources can all be found off of enemy drops. These enemies being: Undead Soldiers, Red Cape Knights, Slime, Steel Knights, Bloated Heads (DLC), Crystal Lizards, Black Knights, Giants, and Darkwraiths. Some of them can also be bought from smiths throughout Lordran as well. During every NG sequence the player is given the chance to acquire 2-3 regular titanite slabs, depending on if they have DLC installed. One can be found as a drop after the defeat of the Stray Demon upon returning to the Northern Undead Aslyum, another can be received after completing the Siegmeyer’s storyline, and the last can be found behind a waterfall in Kalameet’s boss area. These slabs can also be farmed from the Darkwraiths found in New Londo ruins as well. These ascensions are all provided by Andrei of Astora in the Undead Parish, as long as the player has the Large Ember and the Very Large Ember.

All you need to do is to reinforce a weapon with a crystal path using titanite chunks and a titanite slab.

In order to upgrade a weapon into the crystal path you must first upgrade a weapon to +10 with titanite shards and large titanite shards. After a weapon has been upgraded to +10 the Giant Blacksmith in Anor Londo can ascend it to the crystal path.

All you need to do is to reinforce a weapon with a lightning path using titanite chunks and a titanite slab.

In order to upgrade a weapon into the lightning path you must first upgrade a weapon to +10 with titanite shards and large titanite shards. After a weapon has been upgraded to +10 the Giant Blacksmith in Anor Londo can ascend it to the lightning path

All you need to do is to reinforce a weapon with a raw path using large titanite shards.

In order to upgrade a weapon into the raw path you must first upgrade a weapon to +5 with titanite shards. After a weapon has been upgraded to +5 Andrei of Astora in the Undead Parish can ascend it to the Raw path.

All you need to do is to reinforce a weapon with a magic path using green shards, blue chunks, and a blue slab.

These resources can be found off of enemy drops. These enemies being: Slime, Swamp Leeches, Oolacile Sorcerers (DLC), Crystal Golems, Black Knights, Crystal Lizards, and Moonlight Butterflies. During each NG the player has a chance to acquire one to two Blue Slabs depending on if they have DLC installed. One of these can be found within the Crystal Caves after killing the first Golden Golem and the other can be found within a pond in the Royal Woods. These slabs can also be farmed from the Moonlight Butterflies within the Crystal Caves as well.These ascensions are all provided by Rickhert of Vinheim in New Londo Ruins, as long as you have the Large Magic Ember. In order to upgrade a weapon to the magic path you must first upgrade a weapon to +5 with titanite shards. After a weapon has been upgraded to +5, Rickhert of Vinheim can upgrade it to a magic path.

All you need to do is to reinforce a weapon with an enchanted path using blue chunks and a blue slab.

In order to upgrade a weapon to the enchanted path you must first upgrade a weapon into a +5 ascended magic weapon with green titanite shards. After a weapon has been properly upgraded it can be taken to Rickhert of Vinheim and he will be able to ascend it provided that you have the Enchanted Ember with you.

All you need to do is to reinforce a weapon with a divine path using green shards, white chunks, and a white slab.

These resources can be found off of enemy drops. These enemies being: Slime, Swamp Leeches, Oolacile Sorcerers (DLC), Bonewheel Towers, and Pinwheels.During each NG the player has the chance of acquiring one to two white slabs depending on if they have the DLC installed. One of which can be found inside the room before the boss fight in the Tomb of the Giants and the other can be found in the area before the boss fight in the Chasm of the Abyss. These slabs can also be farmed from the Pinwheels in the Tomb of the Giants.These ascensions are all provided by Andrei of Astora in the Undead Parish, provided that you have the Divine Ember or the Large Divine Ember. In order to upgrade a weapon to the divine path you must first upgrade a weapon to +5 with titanite shards. After a weapon has been upgraded to +5 Andrei of Astora will be able to ascend it to the divine path.

All you need to do is to reinforce a weapon with a occult path using white chunks and a white slab.

In order to upgrade a weapon to the occult path you must first upgrade a weapon to a +5 ascended divine weapon with green titanite shards. After a weapon has been properly upgraded Andrei of Astora will be able to ascend it provided that you have the dark ember with you.

All you need to do is to reinforce a weapon with a fire path using green shards, red chunks, and a red slab.

These resources can be found off of enemy drops. These enemies being: Slime, Swamp Leeches, Oolacile Sorcerers (DLC), Stone Demons, Black Knights, and Fire Octopi. In each NG the player has one chance to acquire a red slab. This slab can be found in the room under the boss gate in Lost Izalith that is inhabited by Fire Octopi. Red slabs can also be farmed by Fire Octopi in Lost Izalith.These ascensions are all provided by Blacksmith Vamos in the Catacombs, provided that you have the Large Flame Ember. In order to upgrade a weapon to the fire path you must first upgrade a weapon to +5 with titanite shards. After a weapon has been upgraded to +5, Blacksmith Vamos will be able to ascend it to the fire path.

All you need to do is to reinforce a weapon with a chaos path using red chunks and a red slab.

In order to upgrade a weapon to the chaos path you must first upgrade a weapon to a +5 ascended fire weapon with green titanite shards. After a weapon has been properly upgraded Blacksmith Vamos will be able to ascend it to the chaos path provided that you have the Chaos Flame Ember with you.

To get this ending, upon defeating Gwyn, you need to interact with bonfire at the boss arena. After this you should see to Link the Fire ending cutscene.

Upon defeating Gwyn, leave the boss arena by the same way you've entered without interaction with bonfire. After this you should see the Dark Lord ending cutscene.
