How I won on Deity difficulty

Play as Korea on map that makes you play on a different land mass than your opponent.
Opponent was Mongolia.
Pick tradition first, then patronage.
Spies need to be influencing city states.
Build the forbidden palace.
If you have at least 1 city state as ally and mongolia did not destroy you, you eventually should have enough votesto declare yourself as the world leader.
