• so first off you must launch castle crashers (search a guide on how to do that if you do not know).
  
• then, you must create a new save file/character (or load an existing one if you have).
  
• next, you need to beat the game (you can follow the steps below to beat the game too). if you already beat it, nice job.
  
• go to the home castle and walk forth, and you will go to a secret area.
  there, choose the option on the right to enter insane mode. good luck

• attack while enemies do not attack
  
• dodge when the enemies actually attack

ok, i wanted to make this a joke but i will try to give some tips cuz i bulit this up for too long and i feel bad (be warned, i suck. i barely beat normal mode xdddddddddddd).

• farm a humongous amount of levels in the early-game
  
• try using your magic a lot and abuse your pets
  
• try balancing your stats out
  
• when there are too many enemies, r u n.
  
• try getting the weapons that best suite your playstyle (i personally went for an absolute damage machine (not on insane though, dunno how that would hold up))

P.S. i have no idea how insane mode works i think it just scales the hp and dmg of enemies so if my guide kinda sux that may be why (or bc i suck maybe that too). update: that is how insane mode works i knew it it multiplies most hp and damage by x10
