How To Play Part VIII Jason The Right Way
The basic stuff
The Most Important thing About Part VIII Jason Is His Play Style. Part VIII Is Made to be good at stopping all forms of escape because of his water speed +. This Helps You Stop A Boat And On The Jarvis House And Pinehurst Maps also this Is Useful For Getting Around The Map Quickly Without Morph Or Shift, he also suffers no morphs or shift - which makes him the third best at stopping cars.
Strengths
Water Speed+
Water Speed + Isn't The Best Strength In The Game But It Can Be Useful On Certain Maps Which Both Have Lots Of Water And A 100% Boat Chance
Destruction+
Destruction Is The Best Strength In The Game Being Able To Break Down Doors And Walls In Half The Hits Really Is That Good It Also Gives Counselors Less Time To Check Drawers And Regenerate Stamina
Stalk+
Stalk+ Is Good Against Counselors Who Don't Know How Stalk Works But It Can Be Hard Against Experienced Players Who Know When You Use Stalk But It Offers Faster Regeneration Speed Aswell Which Is Nice
Weaknesses
Sense-
Sense Is Part Vlll Biggest Weakness But It Isn't Even A Minor Deal Because You Can Just Refresh Your Sense To Avoid The Full Cooldown
Can't Run-
Can't Run Is Manageable If You Are Good With Shift
Grip Strength-
Grip Strength- Has Very Little Impact It Only Matters Of You Want To Do Resourceful Kills Otherwise It Still Easy To Grab Kill Counselors
Weapon: Fire Axe
Swing Speed: Fast
Door Swing speed: normal
Hiding spot:normal
Traps: 5
Throwing knives: 2
Complex Stuff
Part 8 Is Probably The Most Played Jason In The Game But Does This Mean He Is The Best Or Not Lets See
The First Thing To Do As Every Jason Is To Go Straight To The Phone Box And Put Traps On The Windows Around The Cabin Instead Of Breaking Them Which Can Trick A Counselor Into Going Through The Window Into One Of Your Traps
Only Put 1 Trap At The Phone As Anymore Is Overkill And A Waste
Then Go To A Car Or Boat To See If Anyone Is Thinking About Escape If Not Just
Go To The Highlighted Areas And There Should Be At Least Someone There
If The Counselors Want To Kill You Do Not Slash Or Grab Instead Block Until Their Weapons Break As Blocking Reduces Incoming Damage On Jason Highly
And If The Counselor Is Wanting To Get The Jumper Just Let Them Because They Have Enough Time To Get In And Out Before You Can Kill Them If You Are Feeling Like Being A Troll Back Don't Kill Anyone Until You Kill The Sweater Girl They Can Still Escape But If They Wanted To Kill You They Probably Didn't Have That In Mind If Tommy Does Come Just Grab Some Knives And Run Away From Him And The Sweater Girl And Just Throw Knives At Him As He Comes Towards You Until He Limps Then Just Finish Him With Your Weapon (If You Have Your Mask On) Otherwise Just Throw Knives At Him Till He Dies
If The Car Starts Turn On Stalk And Just Morph To The Road You Know They Will Have To Take Then Just Shift Infront Of It Or Behind It If It Reverses And Make Sure You Always Have A Fast Grab Kill Like Body Slam
If The Boat Has Been Fixed Just Let It Go Far Away Enough Then Catch Up To Them Using Your Water Speed+ So The Boat Is Useless And An Easy 50+ Resourceful
I Know It Can Be Annoying When That Chad Keeps Shaking It All Over You Every Time He Stuns You Or That Vanessa That Keeps Friday Night Fevering Behind That Window There Is A Counter To Annoying Chads However You Can Increase Your Human Reflexes And Start Using Combat Stance To Block Just As Chad Is About To Hit You Can Also Block Hits To Get Rage Faster And If Vanessa Keeps Dancing Behind A Window Just Look In Her Direction And Just Tap Your Throwing Knife Button And It Can Hit Them
Combat Stancing Doors Is A Popular Method Please Just Use Combat Stance For Windows And Doors So You Can Block Those Annoying Chads And Vanessas Baseball Bats Even If You Have Rage Just Use Combat Stance On Doors Anyway Cause Blocking Reduces Damage To Jason
If You Know A Counselor Wants To Waste Your Time Just Don't Bother With Them Just Go To An Objective And Check If Anyone Is Fixing It This Is Likely If The Counselors Are Using Voice Chat
