3. How to level up and distribution of points

Attribute Points:
We need 3 points in Spirit and 5 points in Cunning to be able to equip Mythical Stormheart, the remaining points go into Physique.

Devotion Points:
in order which constellation to select (+) and drop (-)

4. Skills and how to play with this build

Your best damage dealing attack is obviously Fire Strike // Primal Strike, as a little damage bonus you cast Storm Totems simultaneously. For Resistance Reduction we use Thermite Mine and Raging Tempest modifier from Wind Devil + Flashbang for further debuffs.
Playing this build looks like this: Flash enemies, cast Wind Devils / Thermite Mines + Storm Totem / Wendigo Totem and face tank with Fire Strike / Primal Strike.

6. Important stuff for new players

Get your resistances up
Use components while leveling
Armor absorption should be as high as possible (100%)
Survivability >>> DPS (always!)
Focus on only one or two damage types
