RUNES

To get this line of runes, we need to choose the following route:
Prison Cell (game start) -> Path of the Doomed (Vine Rune) -> Prison Towers (Special rune) -> Black Bridge (Rune of Challenges).

By these runes, unlike the next line, you will not pass with all your desire, because they are "plot" obligatory. You are locked in a room, with no way to go further until you get the rune.

Each rune is guarded by an Elite Enemy, these enemies are stronger than normal, be careful! A special rune is guarded by a Zombie Elite

Vine Rune - archer

Finally, the most dangerous is the Black Bridge boss The Gatekeeper.

For these runes, we need to choose a route different from the first one:
Prison Cell (game start) -> Toxic Sewers (Teleportation Rune) -> Crematorium (Ram Rune or Belier's Rune)

In the Toxic Sewers, someone will turn to you from behind the bars of the cell and ask you to get a rune, then you should find a passage - a sharp descent down. There, an Elite Grunt will be waiting for you - a rather dangerous enemy. After the victory Rune of Teleportation is yours. Now you need to go through the location and find the exit. Pass the elevator and run to the flooded corridor, there will be a teleportation pole, go to the location of the Crematorium.

In the Crematorium, you have to find another Elite Grunt and take away the Ram Rune from him.

Elite Brawler

To get these two runes, you must already have the Rune of Belier and Teleportation (see previous paragraph).

The route is the following:

Prison Cell -> Toxic Sewers -(Belier's Rune is needed here)-> Ancient Sewers -> Unbearable Tomb (Conjunctivious Boss) - > Dormant Temple (Spider Rune) -> Abandoned Crypt (Explorer's Rune], need Teleportation Rune)

To get to the ancient sewers, you must already have the Rune of Belier. You have to find a destructible floor somewhere on the Toxic Sewers map, destroy it (wow!) and go through the door.

Proceed through the DSC and go to the boss battle arena - the Unbearable Tomb.

The boss is more difficult than the Gatekeeper, however, I would say that his tentacles in the transitional phases are the main difficulty.

After winning (or restarting >:D) go to the Dreaming Temple (a very interesting location in my opinion), there you will have to find a battle arena with another Elite, this time it is Orb Caster. The mob is easy, just roll/parry and run after it around the arena. After winning, get (my opinion - the most useful) Spider Rune .

The Abandoned Crypt is dark and starts to damage after a while, so stay close to the lamps. At the beginning of the location, you can buy a grenade for 3k, which creates a temporary light source, but for me it's just a waste of money. Decide for yourself :>

Somewhere here you must find a teleportation pole (there is always a light next to it) and be transported to the battle arena with two Elites - Black Scouts.

Elites are easier than Slayers, harder than Zombies, two of them are good luck)

After defeating them, you will receive the Explorer's Rune . Pretty useful rune. That's almost all, then the final stage!

Well, almost the end. :)

To get this Rune, you will have to fight the final boss of the race.

Action plan:

1. Choose any route (except DLC The Sea and The Queen) and get to the Hand of the King.
   
2. Fight the Hand.
   
3. ?????????
   
4. PROFIT!!!!!

After defeating the Defender of the Monarchy, you will immediately receive the Rune (achievement and other goodies). You can now exit your body to grab items/food/keys without taking damage from traps. The length is decent ≈screen. You can also grab enemies for a small amount of damage over time, but you can't use Body Exit while you're cursed.

You have received all Runes. Congratulations!

Summing up, I would like to say:
I don't use the Special Rune at all.
Challenger Rune - leave your record, go down in history :)
Vine Rune is of little use - it usually opens a passage to all the garbage on the level, where you can climb with the Spider Rune anyway, but usually does not lead to exits from the location. But you still won't be able to skip it :)
Teleportation Rune is useful, opens up access to garbage that you can't get to otherwise.
Belier's rune is useful, opens the way to garbage/kills the losers from below.
The Spider Rune is very useful - getting to stuff, fast climbing instead of chains, dodging on the wall.
Explorer's rune is quite useful, opening 1/5 of the map with all enemies/doors/food/items is useful. However, the secret rooms do not open - not Harry Potter.
Homunculus Rune is quite useful, you can pick up food/items/keys from a safe distance without taking damage from traps, however doors, chests or idols teleportation cannot be activated with the "head".

It is possible that these Runes can be obtained more quickly / in a different order, however, this is how I received them.
If you are purposefully targeting Runes, after getting the desired Rune and reaching the transition room, you can restart the level and run after the next runes.
For example, when I reinstalled Windu and my save was reset to zero, it was very inconvenient for me to play without the Spider Rune and I rushed it.
