• Hand Grenade

The rest is up to you. For better visibility you can equip night-vision goggles or the highlight drugs

• Run up to her and throw the grenade at her postion - make to sure to damage her at least a little bit
  
• Switch to the sleep launcher and hunt her down

I haven't yet discovered how to get all achievments in one go.
Yes you can do it with supply drops with good timing. But for the extreme version this method is not really viable. My method works faster and more cost efficient.
