Create early religions without any faith past pantheon

To get a religion in civ 5 without gaining 1 faith (other than enough for a pantheon) you need to:

1.0: get a pantheon
2.0: Get as much culture as possible
3.0: get liberty policy, and everything in it
4.0: it will ask you to choose a free great person, choose great prophet
5.0: found a religion
I know I have mods destroying the graphics, but still
