doesnt boot at all fix

Delete any directx dll files like d3d11.dll or dxgi.dll or dxgi.log

install vcredist and/or put msvcp.dll and msvcr.dll in the install directory

disable nvidia in game overlay or any other overlay for that matter.

give me more things that have worked in the past so we can make one guide for all issues
