How to get Desert Survivalist Achievement the EASY way

To get the achievement in the most boring and inefficient way you only need to eat food or drink water to regen until the achievement pops up.

First things first, you must have the Old World Blues DLC, otherwise this guide won't work.
Now that you have checked if you have the DLC, you need to go to The Sink and check if your sink is upgraded to the maximum level, if not, check this video from SimplyVaulted and go find those Holo Tapes (and leave a like ofc).












You might be wondering why is the sink so important for this tutorial, and the answer is that you need it to turn the empty bottles into purified water, but we will get to that point later in the guide.

Now that your sink is ready, you need to go to the Sunset Sarsaparilla HQ (I recommend going with a companion to help you with the empty bottles) and start picking up bottles according to your Survival skill level.



Level 10: 1000
Level 30: 667
Level 50: 500
Level 80: 400
Level 100: 334

Once you are finished you have to get all the bottles in your inventory (if you brought companions don't forget to pick up their bottles too) and teleport to Big MT.

Once you are back to The Sink, hurt yourself so your health bar reduces and go to your sink to fill up ALL the bottles you have, then spam click the purified water you got in your inventory until the achievement pops up.
