Bluetooth audio stutter fix

(Slightly improved version of my guide from Reddit)

Many users of Bluetooth headphones on modern systems experience audio issues in old games. Since it's caused by lack of EAX[en.wikipedia.org] support, EAX just has to be emulated.

Guide:

- Download IndirectSound[www.indirectsound.com];

- Copy files in the archive to the folder with game executable;

- You are set! Enjoy.

Tested on: Fallout - New Vegas, Fallout 3, Oblivion, Morrowind, Sacred (longer list of games here[en.wikipedia.org]).
