Arthur Morgan is a cold, brooding outlaw who often resorts to violence and has very few qualms about killing. At his worst Arthur could be extremely ruthless and completely unsympathetic to the people he hurts. Despite being capable of committing such violence, Arthur does have a playful side to his personality that comes out around those he is friendly with.

Arthur is seen to be quite strong, being able to wrestle with men, knock out big opponents. Arthur was able to defeat Tommy and he quite literally gave him brain damage by caving in his skull with his fists. Not to mention being able to wrestle grizzly bears.


  • Perception: 7 (Big-eyed Tiger)
He has superhuman precision, by using Eagle Eye, Arthur is capable of tracking the most minute of details, such as tracks, small hidden objects, trails, and is capable of seeing scents as it enhances his already natural awareness.

  • Endurance: 6 (Hardy)
Even when afflicted with advanced tuberculosis, and near death, Arthur is still able to hold his own. He also got mauled on by a approximately 1000 pound grizzly bear.

  • Charisma: 7 (Diplomat)
He is a skilled interrogator, he proves capable of using not only intimidation and force but also charm and charisma in order to elicit payment and information.

  • Intelligence: 5 (Knowledgeable)
Although Arthur is usually humble about his mental prowess, he is in many ways quite intelligent. He consistently demonstrates strong leadership, a cunning aptitude for strategy, and an accurate intuition for how plans will succeed or fail. He also proves to be a keen judge of character, often correctly assessing the actual intentions, deceptions, and capabilities of those around him.

He was somewhat athletic, mostly in between. He was able to chase down men in a high speed chase.

Unfortunately for Arthur, he contracted advanced tuberculosis and his bounty attracts multiple men looking to take his head, he cannot have peace. He is always on the run because of the decisions he, had made.

Arthur is a skilled gunslinger, being able to hit targets precisely. He is also quite skilled in using a variety range of weapons, from rifles and snipers to revolvers and shotguns.
  • Survival
He has many survival skills, such as skinning and hunting animals. Being able to cook on a campfire, he is capable of crafting bait and medicine.
  • Speech
He has the ability to charm drunken men to stop bothering him, has convinced a teenager to think about and reevaluate his life with casual conversation and later was able to change people's lives despite having destroyed them, making them change their perception of him in an instant. Can disguise and talk his way out of crimes with law enforcement officers

Behavior (optional)

Red Dead Redemption 2 has a Honor feature. Performing certain positive actions, like saving citizens from danger or aiding lawmen, will earn the player honor. Alternatively, taking negative actions, like attacking lawmen, aiding outlaws, stealing, and acting violently toward innocents, will result in the loss of honor.

Using this build players will have a choice on how to play. This is completely optional, but will make the game more interesting.

High Honor
High Honor Arthur will save citizens from danger and do whats best for the wasteland. He will help the likes of Goodsprings and the people in it. At the start he will also help Ringo from the Powder Gangers. He would take out the Powder Gangers and stop them from terrorizing the surrounding towns. Arthur will not go out of his way to take out other raiders unless asked or in some form or way getting caught up in a fight against them.

  • New California Republic

He wouldn't side with the NCR as he is still an outlaw, but he will most likely try not to cause trouble and try to talk his way out of fighting them.

  • Caesar's Legion

He would disagree with the slaver society and totalitarian dictatorship, if given some sort of reward or quest he would most likely fight against them.

  • Robert House

Arthur would probably follow House in order to get some money, this would also give him the chance to wipe out Caesar's Legion.

Low Honor
Low Honor Arthur wouldn't help anyone, merely seeking for his own personal gain. Abandoning Goodsprings. He would rob innocent towns folk and would most likely help the Powder Gangers burn Goodsprings down.

  • New California Republic

He would fight against the NCR as he is a wanted outlaw, committing crimes against humanity just for his own personal gain.

  • Caesar's Legion

He wouldn't mind the slavery and would rather side with them, then the likes of NCR or House.

  • Robert House

Arthur would seek to kill House just to gain personal wealth all for himself.
