So like, find Max's Head, and kill your first boss, Pin
Then you want to get that pentagram, go to the next floor and get meat and buy the blue candle from the shop, then find a small rock in a tinted rock, and go to the devil room and get Mom's Knife and the pact, then on the next floor get the wafer and go to the devil room and get dead cat and guppy's paw, den get Guppy's Head in a curse room, and become Guppy on like Necropolis 1.

So like, go to Mom, and get at least 46 soul hearts.
You want to one shot Mom, because you can.
Then from some magical glitch that I cannot explain currently, you get sacred heart, polyphemus, and quad shot right before you fight Mom (Or maybe you cheated)
Den you 1 shot Mom, and get her knife.
Don't grab that crappy trinket on the ground, just keep your cancer.
Oh, and you got cancer.

Blow up the doors that are in her womb, and reach utero/womb 1, and beat the boss.
See you on Womb 2, where thy heart lies.

So, we killed Isaac's Mom, and now, we were consumed by her or something.
You bomb your way into Mom's Heart, and notice a pattern.
Then you 1-shot her.
