(the mediafire link is there incase the GDrive link stops working, you will need to remove spaces for the mediafire link to work <3)

IMPORTANT: I'm 99% certain you cannot unlock achievements while using this mod, but the mod includes fixes and FPS boosts/other nice things <3

• extract the files into your binding of isaac folder
  
• rename "Isaac.exe" to "Isaac.exe.old" (for backup purposes)
  
• Copy and paste "Binding of Isaac WOTL SpiderMod.exe" rename the copied EXE to "Isaac.exe"
  
• Launch the game normally through steam and enjoy a bunch of fixes and other features :)

Or you can just extract the files to the isaac folder and launch through the new EXE and add it into steam as a non-steam game <3

If you do not know how to add a non steam game, follow the numbers in the image below :)

bonbon321 informed me in the comments that you can still get the mod to work with the newgrounds flash player <3
