[HOW TO] Play CC with every controller (or Two players / 1 controller) [ITA/ENG]

Ci sono già un sacco di video e tutorial in giro per il web su come far funzionare un qualsiasi controller con un qualsiasi gioco, MA NON nella sezione "Guide della Comunità" di Castle Crashers su Steam.

• Vai qui[github.com] e scarica il file a 32bit (x360ce.zip), poi scompatta l'archivio nella cartella di installazione di Castle Crashers (che, di default, è: *\Steam\steamapps\common\CastleCrashers).

• Collega il controller con cui vuoi giocare al PC e avvia x360ce.exe.

• Ti comparirà un avviso perché manca un file: xinput1_3.dll; clicca su FIX.
  Scarica anche il file di configurazione, non preoccuparti, è tutto automatico.

• Adesso puoi configurare il tuo controller del Super Nintendo e giocare a Castle Crashers (anche se in maniera molto scomoda).

I know, there are already tons of guides and how-tos on setting up your SNES controller to play anything you want, BUT NOT in the "Community Guides" section of Castle Crashers here on Steam, unless you either don’t know or can’t read Russian fluently.

• Go here[github.com] and download the 32-bit file (x360ce.zip), then extract the archive into the main installation folder (usually: *\Steam\steamapps\common\CastleCrashers).

• Plug in the controller you want to use and run x360ce.exe.

• You’ll be warned that "a file is missing": xinput1_3.dll; hit FIX.
  Then download the config file too, and don’t worry, mate, everything is automatic.

• Now you can set up your old, yet still cool, and very fancy SNES controller to play Castle Crashers (even if it will be very uncomfortable).

Sì, ne riparliamo quando finirete anche voi Castle Crashers tra 20 anni, GG.

Apri il file x360ce.ini e nella sezione [Mappings], copia l'ID del PAD1 nella stringa del PAD2.
Esempio pratico:

PAD3=
PAD4=

Fatto? Salva, chiudi e inizia a trolleggiare!

Open x360ce.ini and in the [Mappings] section, copy the PAD1 ID and paste it right into the PAD2 string.
Practical example:

PAD3=
PAD4=

Done? Then save, close and start trolling EVERYONE!

Nonostante tutto ti è piaciuto barare, ma adesso la tua coscienza è morsa da un grandissimo senso di colpa? Bene! Anzi, benissimo! Dovevi usare questa guida *SOLO* per configurare il controller, sempre evergreen, del Super Nintendo. Tranquillo però, la cosa si risolve subito:

• Apri il file x360ce.ini e nella sezione [Mappings], sposta l'ID del PAD1 nella stringa del PAD2, così da poter giocare in 2 (ma con persone vere) con tastiera e pad.

Esempio pratico:
[Mappings]
PAD1=
PAD2=IDPAD1CONUMERIACASOECCECC
PAD3=
PAD4=

Salva e chiudi.

Vuoi smettere di usare il beneamato, e già pluricitato, pad SNES perché temi che per colpa di Castle Crashers possa rompersi?
Cancella questi file:

• x360ce.exe
  
• x360ce.ini
  
• xinput1_3.dll

Don’t worry, buddy, your game’s just fine:

• Open x360ce.ini and in the [Mappings] section, move the PAD1 ID down into the PAD2 string so you can play in *REAL* coop, using both your keyboard and pad.

Practical example:

PAD2=IDPAD1WITHRANDOMNUMBERETCETC
PAD3=
PAD4=

Save and close.

Want to stop ruining your fancy, beloved SNES pad just because Castle Crashers makes you really angry?
Delete these files:

• x360ce.exe
  
• x360ce.ini
  
• xinput1_3.dll
