I originally made this table for my own use, but I'm sharing it in case it helps anyone else out.

What does a curse do to a plant ?

When a crop is cursed, any negative effects on it will be accelerated while its recovery speed is stunted.

A crop will become cursed if:

It's planted during a poor month (50-5% chance depending on agriculture skill level) or outside of its planting season.
-It's planted or growing during its bad months or during winter.
-Cold hardy crops are not cursed during winter.
-Bad month hardy crops are not cursed during bad months if they have reached at least the growth phase equal to their bad monthly hardy level. There are only 2 examples for this : carrots and kale. If the carrots are in growth phase 4 entering their bad month, then they will not cursed. Same for the kale except it only needs to be in his 3rd growth phase.
-It's fertilized with fertilizer 3 or more times.
Crops cannot be uncursed in any way.
