Change Refresh Rate

Alright, so what you want to do, is go to your steam library, and then right-click on DOOM.
Now click on properties, then click on Set Launch Options.
A small box should pop-up with a tiny space to type, then you type in "+set r_displayrefresh (refresh rate here, in my case 75)".
