Demons hit way harder, and you will need to know which weapons to use at the right time and on what demons.
You take way more damage if you get hit in comparison to lower difficulties.

I had a couple of deaths but that is what DOOM is all about. You will have to learn from your mistakes when you play on Nightmare if you wanna have a chance at going into Ultra Nightmare difficulty. Learning from your mistakes becomes vital, especially on Nightmare and Ultra Nightmare, since one small mistake can make the difference between life and a grusome death.
