Doom No Audio Fix
48Khz sampling
Open Speakers, then go to advanced, make sure it's set to 48,000 hz, if not, change it to 16 bit 48,000 hz
Spatial Sound
Under the audio tab from before, go to Spatial sound and change it to Windows Sonic for Headphones
Also make sure that 7.1 audio is turned on

Realtek HD Audio Manager
Just disable it, it's more bloatware, in my opinion, and for me this being disabled is what fixed it.
To make sure it NEVER turns back on again, simply disable it under the startup section of task manager
