Fix of DOOM freezing on loading screen

If you see, you can find 2 types of the same DOOM's games in my GeForce Experience. The difference is in graphic interface calls API and there is the main problem.
So, you must CHOOSE API Vulkan to fix this problem. If you have GeForce Experience, go to DOOM Vulcan and press OPTIMISE.
If you don't have GeForce Experience, you must go to settings and to do it yourself.

After that you must reset game. After that the game would work's. GLHF gamers :D
