Missing dialog & gun sounds fix

go to steam library
right click doom
click options
switch to 3rd tab
go to local files
open BASE folder
delete sound folder
exit

go back to doom
right click - options
go to 3rd tab
verify cache integrity

now wait for the download to be complete and start doom
