Introduction

I've created a new YouTube channel focused on Squad Leading.

The idea is to explain the strategy, leadership style, decision-making, Radio/HAB placement and tactics that I use as a Squad Leader in pub matches with blueberries.

It builds on the work of BHM Captain and all he has taught many of us and my Squad Leader speech here
