Potential CTD Fix

If you are getting CTDs with error logs showing Exception Addresses 0x0000000159B719A6 (pre-update) or 0x0000000159EFB8E6 (Update #1), then this simple fix may address your issue.

I was experiencing this issue intermittently every playthrough, and I fixed it by going into Video settings and changing my V-Sync settings from Adaptive to On. After several playthoughs, the issue has yet to arise again.

Bear in mind that THIS MAY NOT FIX THE ISSUE FOR EVERYONE. But others have done so and likewise reported that the issue is either gone or notably less frequent.
