let's go after fix 18.09.25... Not so short, but it's still not bad

Important! Steps 1–5 are preparatory and very important. When rerolling, you only need to repeat step 6.

1.
  • Make a ladder to the roof right next to the cockpit of any corvette.
2.
  • Before any warping while you're looking for an event with pirates, be sure to stand up and sit back on the corvette's seat. This will save the game before warp, this is very important.
3.
  • Catch the event of the dreadnought appearance, preferably in a 3-star economy system and the third level of war. Remember this system!
4.
  • Reload a save from a previous system
5.
  • Wait for the autosave! It's saved to a different menu item, please note.
6.
  • Warp into the system with the event. Fly up to the dreadnought, climb out onto the corvette's roof, scan the dreadnought, if not s-class, load AUTO SAVE from another system and repeat this step.

The first version of this guide was quite short (strikethrough text below), but unfortunately the developers fixed the appearance of the pirate ship after loading an automatic save when we get up from the pilot's seat. Now the event simply disappears after reloading

  2. Fly up to the dreadnought, climb out onto the roof, scan, if not s-class, load last save (automatic when we get up from the pilot's seat) and repeat this step.
