How to get the 16 Glyphs

Just complete The Artemis Path. That's it.

You need to complete the Artemis quest for a bunch of other content that depends on it anyway, and it's the most straightforward and easy way to get all the glyphs. Ignore whatever other advice you got.

The Purge mission directs you to progress to the core, but you just need to warp 16 times in any direction. This particular part will get you all the glyphs.
