Go in to "\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\No Man's Sky\Binaries\SETTINGS"

look for the file "TKGRAPHICSSETTINGS"

open it

find the line "<Property name="VsyncEx" value="Off" />"

After <Property name="VsyncEx" value="Off" /> add one more line:
<Property name="GSync" value="Off" />

you can also try <Property name="GSync" value="False" /> if "off" doesnt work for you
