How To Play As Agent 47 in Fallout: New Vegas
stats
S.P.E.CI.A.L

Strength: 5
he can K.O armored guards in 3 punches, and can hang from walls indefinitely
Perception: 7
he can see trough walls.
Endurance: 8
he can tank several gunshot wounds
Charisma: 1
he is about as conversational as a mute, and very rarely shows any emotion (there is an instance in China where he talks with a woman about friendship problems, but i think is conversation abilities relies on intelligence, and not any charm)

Intelligence: 8
he is incredibly smart and knows exactly what to say for people to trust him. he can also du anything his mission requires, like tattooing, playing drums, and yoga.
agility: 6
he is pretty slow, but still very agile when needed. he is also very sneaky, and extremely good with any type of gun. (i would honestly like to have this higher, but there aren't enough special points for it.)
luck: 5
i don't think 47 is either lucky or unlucky, he doesn't need to rely on luck.
the final S.P.E.C.I.A.L will look like this
Strenght: 8 (+1 from New Vegas clinic, +2 from reinforced spine OWB dlc)

Weapons:
for the early game, you can use the silent .22 pistol, but this will fall of very quickly.

for the late game, you can use the .45 pistol with a silencer, and the Christine COS sniper rifle. you can also just use any weapon you want, because 47 is an expert in any weapon, even unarmed and melee weapons.

clothes/armour
one of 47's defining characteristics is his ability to change clothes and blend in. but if you really want to use the signature 47 suit you can use:
Dean's tuxedo[fallout.fandom.com]
formal ware[fallout.fandom.com]
dapper gambler suit [fallout.fandom.com]
if you want something with more protection the reinforced leather armour[fallout.fandom.com] would probably look pretty cool

Behavior (optional)
agent 47 has said before that he doesn't care about politics. i think the only ending that wouldn't fit him is the legion ending, because even though he is a genetically created superhuman created for murder, he does seem to have a slight good side, as he only kills targets, all of whom are evil in some way.
the ending that makes the most sense for me is the yes-man ending, because it keeps him independent. although as long as he can either retire peacefully or embrace the assassin lifestyle, i think he's game.
