How to romance Yes Man

So after you murder Benny In the Tops Casino (not optional you have to kill benny IN the casino this will NOT work if its outside of the casino) - Make sure you have confirmed bachelor or you will not be able to start the romance arc. (also have a speech skill stat of 50 - you can boost these with various chems, food, and apparel.) He will start to try and talk about Benny, and taking over New Vegas, when you are able to talk after him, choose the 3rd option which is "I'd rather take you over baby." He will start to chuckle and get nervous.

After completing Wild Card: Change In Management, you want to tell him after he gets on Mr House's screen, you want to choose the 3rd option again in the dialogue menu: "Will you ever be in that sexy body ever again?" His screen will short circut very quickly and he starts to blush and chuckle, (you have to have speech 70)

The next romance option is in No Gods No masters (skipping 3 quests wow) After you Kill Lanius and Lee Oliver, Yes man Will talk you you again, choose the 3rd option: "Sex?" Yes Man will frivilously rip your clothes off and start making out with you.
