In this video there is an intel bypass package that tricks your pc into rendering the game on your intel graphics card instead of your nvidia graphics card
once downloaded, run the exe and find where Fallout: New vegas is (Its best to browse local files to memorise where the game is stored/located).
other than that follow what the video says and get to playing new vegas
