[Fix] Black Ops 3 launches with sound but gray/black screen and Not Responding — check Voicemeeter / audio devices

If BO3 starts with sound but the screen is gray/black and unresponsive, don't just check the graphics card driver. Open mmsys.cpl and reduce the number of playback and recording devices to one physical output and one physical microphone. Temporarily disable virtual or unused audio devices such as Voicemeeter, VB-Audio, Steam Streaming, Parsec, and AMD HDMI/DP Audio. BO3 may freeze during audio device enumeration at startup.

如果 BO3 启动后有声音但画面灰屏/黑屏并未响应，不要只排查显卡驱动。打开 mmsys.cpl，尽可能把播放设备和录音设备精简到 1 个真实输出 + 1 个真实麦克风，临时禁用 Voicemeeter、VB-Audio、Steam Streaming、Parsec、AMD HDMI/DP Audio 等虚拟或不用的音频设备。BO3 可能在启动时枚举音频设备时卡死。
