Before rendering in 1080 and 2160, add these new options for Launch:

1080: -sfm_resolution 1080 -h 1080 -w 1920

2160p: -sfm_resolution 3840 -h 2160 -w 3840

Open SFM again and you will see 1080/2160 new animation rendering qualities.
